TANBAY Property Solutions has been founded in 2006 with Heike Tanbay being the managing partner. We opened our first Office in Konacık at the center of Bodrum Peninsula and in the same year we obtained the Residential License of Engel&Voelkers GmbH enabling us being their first Real Estate Company in Turkey for the area of Bodrum which ran for 15 years.

Between 2006 and 2016 we have concentrated on building up and extending our business focusing on Investment Consulting and representing the high-end residential real estate market in the area. During this period, we have greatly benefitted from the international network of Engel&Volkers.

Later on our satellite office on the peninsula was opened in 2011 in Bodrum “Milta Yacht Marina” which is at the center of Bodrum Town. Our main office in Konacik has been enlarged in 2017 and remains as our first address.

Since July 2021 we are operating from the same offices with an extended team as EVBodrum.
