TANBAY | TPS Property Consultancy A.S. has been founded in 2006 with Heike Tanbay as managing partner. In June 2006 we obtained the Residential License of Engel & Voelkers GmbH as the first Turkish real estate company for the area of Bodrum with a running period of 15 years and opened our first office in Konacik at the center of the Bodrum peninsula.

Between 2006 and 2016, we have concentrated on building up and extending our business with focus on Investment consulting and representing the high-end residential real estate market in the area. During this period, we have greatly benefitted from the international network.

Our satellite office on the peninsula was opened in 2011 at the heart of the peninsula Bodrum Yacht Marina “Milta Marina”. Our main office in Konacik has been enlarged in 2017 and remains at our first address.

Since July 2021 we are operating out of the same offices and with the same team as EVBodrum…
