Yalikavak: Where Architecture Reflects Nature

This distinctive property was brought to life under the vision of renowned architect Ahmet Alataş, who served as the lead building architect, responsible for the overall architectural concept, structure, and spatial planning. Set across the tranquil hilltops of Yalıkavak in an area known as “Bird Valley,” the design unfolds as a series of intimate living units thoughtfully integrated into the natural landscape above the Yacht Marina.

The interior architecture and design were undertaken by Deniz Galip Studio, who reimagined the spaces into a Mediterranean- inspired boutique hospitality concept.

Each of the 11 standalone guest rooms was crafted using the same core design principles and material palette, yet each carries its own distinctive charm. The interiors are defined by calming, earthy tones and natural textures that emphasize harmony with the surrounding landscape. The consistent use of sustainable materials and collaborations with local artisans further root the project in its cultural and ecological context. Designed with flexibility in mind, this property can be transformed into a private residence, allowing for long-term living without compromising architectural integrity or interior quality.

The shared spaces draw inspiration from the iconic Poolside photography series by American photographer Slim Aarons, transporting the essence of glamorous poolside living not from the coast but into the lush, elevated greenery of Bird Valley.
