To be completed by EV Bodrum: registered company name, trade registry (MERSİS) number, tax office and number. These identify the data controller formally and should be filled in before this page is treated as final.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
- Newsletter and guide requests. Your first name, last name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
- Automatically, when you visit. Your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, and the time of your visit — recorded in server logs and by the analytics services listed below.
- Preferences stored in your browser. Saved favourites, selected language and currency. These stay on your device.
We do not ask for and do not want identity documents, passport details, bank or card information through this website. Please do not send such data through the contact form.
Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry and provide the property consultancy you asked for.
- To send you the newsletter or guide you requested, where you gave consent.
- To keep the site secure and prevent automated abuse.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
For visitors in the European Union, the legal bases are your consent (newsletter, analytics), the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (enquiries), and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
